Please read the following carefully before giving your consent:

• You can cancel your membership at any time. Note that enrolments are only available in February and September.

• IMAD CENTER’s adult members are required to sign our Code of Behaviour, committing to maintaining a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for all participants. This ensures that all interactions meet our high standards of conduct and care.

• IMAD CENTER’s members under 18 must sign our Code of Behaviour, and guardians/parents need to complete and sign our Child/Youth Parental Consent Form.

For Essential Members:

• Our refund policy does not cover missed lessons for any membership type.

• Check the activities calendar on our website and attend as many classes as possible.

• Review the fixed calendar for the upcoming term on our website before making your payment.

For Gold & Gold Plus Members:

• Gold Members can reschedule up to two 1-to-1 lessons per month, provided they cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
  Please note that the first rescheduled lesson is offered free of charge. However, for the second rescheduled lesson within the same month, there will be a nominal fee

• After payment, you’ll see the teacher’s calendar with available times and days. Choose carefully, as this will be your fixed schedule for the term.

• If no suitable times are available, let us know, and we’ll process a full refund immediately.
