These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by IMAD CENTER (“IMAD”, “we”, “us”), based in Dublin, Ireland, including memberships, drop-in lessons, workshops, events and online content offered through imad.ie. By enrolling, booking or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly through our secure payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. Enrolment for new members opens in February and September. Lesson schedules, teachers and content may be adjusted for operational reasons, and we will always aim to give reasonable notice.

Lessons and attendance

Please arrive on time for your lessons. Lessons missed by the student are not refunded; eligible members can use the recovery lesson included in their plan. If IMAD cancels a lesson, we will offer a replacement session.

Drop-in lessons

Drop-in lessons are paid in advance at the time of booking. Cancellations and rescheduling follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Students under 18

Students under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf and is responsible for drop-off and collection.

Conduct

IMAD is a community. We may suspend or end access to our services, without refund, in cases of disrespectful behaviour, damage to equipment or conduct that puts others at risk.

Equipment and premises

Students are responsible for any damage they cause to IMAD instruments or equipment. IMAD is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises.

Photos and video

We may photograph or film lessons and events for educational and promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, please let us know in writing at hello@imad.ie.

Student area and online content

Access to the student area and online content is personal and lasts while your membership is active. Content may not be shared, copied or redistributed.

Liability

IMAD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
