Our Vision is to inspire personal growth through the transformative power of art, cultivating social connections along the way.

The idea behind IMAD was born in Caracas, Venezuela, inspired by El Sistema, the National System of Youth and Children’s Orchestras of Venezuela. Through it, more than 350,000 young people between 11 and 29 years old have found a path to a better future. For years, this state initiative was supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

IMAD was founded by Gary Heiney under the umbrella of Destiny Church International in Caracas, Venezuela, in August 2013. It began as a training organisation and has grown into an artistic company across three areas: Music, AudioVisual and Scenic Arts, offering both B2C and B2B services. This is where our slogan comes from: we teach, we perform. Our programmes include “Tech Church Solution”, “Crescendo” and “Less Melody, More Harmony”.
IMAD has since expanded to Europe, mainly Ireland and Spain, under the name IMAD CENTER.

Music education and Music Performance.
AudioVisual:
Art education and service through anything that involves sound and visuals. Digital or traditional.
Dance & Performance:
We cover education in any performing art, and we also do staging. -
Art is a powerful instrument of social impact and personal growth.
We also believe that artistic education is a right and not a privilege. -
• Provide every student the skills and knowledge necessary to become a competent artist in any of our artistic fields.
• Bring together the largest number of artistic disciplines in a single staging where everyone can express and communicate the same message from their learned artistic communication channel.
